SAIL was conceived in 2008, under Temasek Junior College Alumni - Service Learning. 



We are a team of youths who are passionate about service learning projects - we love to serve the community, and even more so, we believe that we have much to learn from the very same community.

Our service and learning happens both locally and over seas. Since the conception of the team, we have been on four amazing YEP projects to Prey Veng, Cambodia. These projects are Project B.B.C. (2009), Team ASTRO (2010), Project SAIL III (2011), and a very recent Project SAIL IV (2012). 



We hope that through increased awareness of the differences between the two countries'  cultures, our members will be respectful of these differences and gain humility. Our members are encouraged to engage in self-discovery through reflection activities facilitated by our leaders and mentors. As a team, we would like to build responsible, inspired, confident, and independent individuals.
